Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Certain items are ineligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Newspapers or magazines
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additional Non-returnable Items

  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please refrain from sending your item back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations (if applicable):

  • Books showing obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or with missing parts due to reasons other than our error

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return amount. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
